Services
Structural epoxy injection is a repair method used to restore the strength and integrity of cracked concrete. High-strength epoxy is injected into existing cracks, creating a monolithic bond and effectively returning the structure to its original load-bearing capacity.
This process is commonly used on foundations, bridge piers, walls, columns, and other structural concrete elements affected by shrinkage, settlement, or stress-related cracking. It is a cost-effective alternative to demolition and replacement, providing long-lasting structural restoration with minimal disruption.
Waterproof coatings are protective systems designed to prevent water intrusion and extend the life of concrete and masonry surfaces. Typically applied as cementitious coatings, they create a durable barrier that resists moisture, chemicals, and environmental exposure.
These coatings are commonly used on foundations, water tanks requiring NSF 61 materials, retaining walls, parking structures, balconies, and below-grade areas to help stop leaks, reduce deterioration, extend the concrete structure’s lifespan.
Chemical grouting is a waterproofing method used to stop active water leaks and fill voids in concrete and masonry structures. This process involves injecting a hydrophobic or hydrophilic polyurethane that reacts and expands with accelerator and water, filling cracks, joints, and porous areas to create a watertight seal. This process is used to form a flexible watertight gasket or plug.
It is commonly used in below-grade structures, elevator pits, tunnels, around drain or pipe penetrations, leaking joints, retaining walls, foundations, and other areas affected by water infiltration. Chemical grouting is an effective solution for controlling leaks without excavation or major disruption to the surrounding area. Unlike structural epoxy injection, chemical grouting is not a structural repair.
